We’re excited to announce that we’ll be doing another Atelier Ea pop-up in Copenhagen!
We would love you to join the lunch hosted by our team, at the vibing Botti.
For this event, creative chef Camilla Drost will be cooking a 7-course tasting lunch menu focusing on her love for the sea. Sommelier, Bo Bratlann will create a curated wine menu available on the day.
MENU
GILLARDEAU OYSTER WITH ROSE MIGNONETTE
Gillardeau Speciales #4 served with a mignonette made from rosehip foraged Summer ’23 at Refshaleøen, Copenhagen.
SNACKS FROM THE SEA
Crispy cauliflower, GASTROunika Osietre caviar, and umeboshi.
Crispy butter toast waves with mussels emulsion fresh herbs of the season.
BREAD, BUTTER SOIL
Sourdough bread served with whipped butter and burned cucumber.
HAMACHI, FAVA BEANS & ORANGE BLOSSOM
Cured hamachi served with fava beans, fingerlime, samphire & orange blossom vinagerette.
CARROT, BLACK GARLIC & SUMAC
Burned carrots sitting in a broken black garlic emulsion topped with sumac, umeboshi, and gracilaria seaweed.
COD, MISO & KALE
Yakatori grilled cod collars with miso barbecue served with fresh kale shoots from Kiselgaarden, preserved ramsons foraged Spring '23, seaweed butter, and capers.
CHOCOLATE, HERBS & OLIVE OIL
Chocolate ganache made from a 70% single origin dark chocolate. Served with olive oil, crumble, and herbs.

7-course tasting menu: 500 DDK.
Wine and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase on the day.

Cancellation policy for our pop-ups
If you would like to cancel your booking we are more than happy give you a refund. Due to our preparations prior to our pop-up our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation more than 72 hours prior to the event
You can get a full refund deducted a handling fee of 40 DKK of each ticket. Just write an e-mail to contact@atelierea.com.
Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to the event
At this time we have placed our orders at our suppliers and we are therefore not able to give you a refund.
