Atelier Ea at Botti Pop-up dinner (6-course menu)

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be doing another Atelier Ea pop-up in Copenhagen!

We would love you to join the evening hosted by our team, at the vibing Botti.

For this event, creative chef Camilla Drost will be cooking a 6-course tasting menu using local vegetables and products from the sea. Wines will be picked by our talented sommelier, Emilie Lohmann, focusing on the top female producers.

Oyster with rose mignonette

Sourdough bread with whipped butter & soil

Cured halibut & lemon

Beet tartare with mussel emulsion & sumac

Onion toast with herbs

Poached cod with kale & seaweed butter

Chocolate, miso & berries

When: January 28. Dinner starts at 19:00 (Botti have to close at 23:00).

6-course tasting menu 540 DDK.

Wine and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase on the evening.
